A booking deposit is due when you schedule (roughly 20-25% of the quoted price), and the remaining balance is due directly from you on the day of service — never contingent on anything else, like a landlord's inspection. We accept cards on file so there's nothing to hand over in person.
No. Most clients aren't home — you can provide a key, door code, or lockbox, and we'll text you before/after photos so you know exactly what happened while you were out. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too.
Let us know within 24 hours of service and we'll come back to fix the specific issue at no additional charge, as long as it falls within the original scope of the job. For move-out cleans, if your landlord flags anything from our checklist within 48 hours, we redo it free — no debate.

Yes — we're a registered Washington State LLC with general liability coverage on every job. Certificates of insurance are available on request, which we're glad to provide to property managers before starting work in a managed building.
You can reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window may forfeit the booking deposit, since that time is reserved specifically for your job.
